Bossen had the products and the clinical credibility. What they lacked was a digital presence that could translate that expertise into genuine engagement, the kind that turns a scroll into a sale, and a pet owner into a loyal customer.
Vietnam’s pet care market is growing fast, and so is the competition. A brand that couldn’t communicate its authority online risked being drowned out by louder, if less rigorous, alternatives.
In pet healthcare, trust is everything, but trust alone doesn’t stop the scroll. We took over Bossen’s art direction and content creation, shifting from sterile product shots toward expert-led storytelling with a healthy dose of humor about the bond between pets and their owners. The result was content that felt authoritative and warm in equal measure.





We ran distinct advertising strategies for two very different audiences — B2B partners like veterinary clinics and pet shops, and B2C pet owners seeking premium care. By targeting high-intent users — those already interested in pet health, veterinary medicine, and premium nutrition — we kept spend focused and results meaningful, achieving a 4.2x ROAS across retail campaigns.
